Numbered Heads Together

Grouping:

-The students need to be divided into groups of four, after they are divided into their groups give each student an individual number of one through four.

Materials:

-Prewritten questions

Directions:

1)      Group the students.

2)      Present the prewritten question to the class by writing it on the board.

3)      Have the groups discuss the question within their groups.

4)      Once everyone in the group understands the question, call out a number between 1 and 4.

5)      The students whose number was called out, stands up and presents the answer to the question for their group.
